Sapey Riding Holiday Get Away

Get-away with your horse and your family or a group of friends spend a few days in the unspoilt countryside of North-East Herefordshire and neighbouring Worcestershire. This rolling countryside with its wealth of bridleways no major A class roads to worry about, wooded tracks and hidden valleys of the Rivers Frome and Teme, Kyre and Sapey Brooks providing excellent pleasure riding. Enjoy sessions on our renowned Cross Country Course, have lessons if you wish to from local Instructors, and have unlimited use of an indoor schooling area. We are situated near to the start of the Three Rivers Ride which passes by the end of our Drive on its route across Herefordshire to the Brecon Beacons.

This is for those who like to do there own thing with no fuss, just relax and ride in unspoilt countryside. We can cater for small groups of people with their own horses, up to 12 horses stabled in large 14’x12’ stables with haylage and shavings included, or corralled in small paddocks if preferred.

Riders having cosy accommodation in fully insulated wooden wigwam lodges which are fitted with platform mattresses, fridge, toaster and kettle for the early morning cuppa, all you need to bring is your sleeping bags, own towels and food that you can prepare in our newly fitted stainless kitchen which also has additional fridge space for larger groups.

For your horse:
- Stabling for up to 12 horses (haylage & shavings included)
- Turnout paddocks
- Indoor arena and outdoor surface warm-up
- Lock-up Tack-room and Drying Room
- Wash-down area
- Hacking route around farm and mapped routes using local bridleways
- Local instructors can be arranged for private tuition
- Private schooling sessions on Sapey Cross Country Course (additional)

For you:

- Self-catering in new fitted stainless kitchen, crockery and cooking utensils provided
- Dining Room with outdoor decking looking over the Course
- Clean and well presented showers and toilets

- Lorry parking available for long distance riders on the Three Rivers Ride
